1.Description
ZSW600 Vibrating Feeder is designed based on the principle of exciting force generated by two eccentric shafts. It is mainly used for continuous and even feeding before primary crushing. Besides feeding, at the same time, it works as pre-screening. The pre-setting gap between grizzly bars avoids unnecessary power consumption of the following crushers, which improves the crushing efficiency. ZSW Series Vibrating Feeder is widely used in the feeding process of metallurgy, mining industry, construction, chemical industry and construction aggregate.
2.Features
1. The gap between grizzly bars can be adjusted.
2. The feeding for the primary crushing can be controlled by adjusting power speed.

4. It is optional to add the extra high for a side plate and extra liner. It is optional to change the whole plate and steel plate with drilled-holes instead of grizzly bars in the pre-screening part, so it can be used in different working conditions.

4.Working Principle
Vibrating feeder is made of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibrating device and motor. The vibrator consists of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged. While installing, the two gears must be jogged according to the sign. By drive of the motor, the two eccentric shafts start rotating to generate a linear huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate back and forth. Through the vibration, The materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward, when the materials pass the screening part, the smaller material will fall down, avoiding the further crushing, so screening purpose is reached.
